Each DIAMODIA is one of only 20 stones released at a time—cut once, registered, and never repeated. Because of this rarity, every release is final.

Returns or exchanges are only possible if:

• Your stone arrives damaged
• The stone you receive does not match the details you selected

If this ever occurs, you may reach out within 7 days of delivery to:

Include your Order ID, photos or unboxing video, and a short description.

If your request is approved, you may receive:

• A replacement (if a match is available)
• A credit toward a future release
• A refund (only if no other solution is possible)

Each case is reviewed with respect—because you are not a customer. You are a custodian of light.

• Stones are prepared and released within 3–5 business days
• Each is shipped securely and insured via FedEx, UPS, or DHL
